Статья посвящена клиническому наблюдению пациента 30 лет с дистальным сегментарным тромбозом левого кавернозного тела. Успех лечения обеспечило использование МРТ полового члена с контрастированием, что предопределило своевременное адекватное назначение длительных доз дезагрегантов и, вероятно, позволило избежать в ближайшем периоде развития такого осложнения, как кавернозный фиброз.
